THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/22/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   first off, this place is absolutly a ripoff. You hear every little noise from surrounding apartments, even noises you wish you werent hearing! Sure, theyre gorgeous inside and brand new with appliances, but the noise and the parking situations make this place a living hell. 2ND We've had a noise complaint for laughing! and when we go to complain about our neighbors that make noise that is so rediculously loud, we were givin a pager number to call (the pager number that no one responded to). when your young, to be forking over more than 740 for your rent, its sad that you cant have any fun and you get a complaint just for laughter. We're trying to enjoy our home as much as everyone else. When we complained about our neighbors, the management told us "sorry, theres nothing we can do about how they live their lifestyle." When we have some family over to have dinner or drink wine, and we get a complaint for laughing and living our lifestyle of visiting with our family!'! Are you kidding'!'! 3RD Management is rude and dicriminative to younger tenents. They think we're all just a bunch of party animals. 4th We're forced to park out on the street on numerous occasions because of no parking spots left over. And the parking spots that are available are so tight that you wake up to new dings in your car door every day. And now theyre giving tickets to people for parking in the bike lane out in the street! Where are we supposed to park'' This apartment complex is all looks. TOTAL RIPOFF! dont fall for it! Progresst terrace is not luxury! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
