Progress Terrace: As it has been mentioned is a nice looking apartment complex, with a clean exterior and update and nice interior features as well. Aside from that, the rest is not so great.
Parking- What a nightmare: There are something around a total of 25 visitor spots in the complex, and by 6 in the evening they are nearly all full. And on weekends they are filled, and you are then forced to park on the street, and in doing so risking theft and also a parking ticket if not being towed. Where are residents and guests supposed to park' There is no where else close within a safe walking distance.
If you like to have friends and family over be prepared for a noise complaint. The walls are very thin and not of that of a luxury complex. It is also very hard to make a complaint as well. At one point the noise from below us was a bit extreme and would happen nearly daily. When we tried to complain to management it was looked at as a joke. Nothing was done with the exception of giving us a pager number to call- Someone is then supposed to come and listen to the noise. Well this is great because the pager either does not work, or the noise stops by the time the arrive to see what is going on.
I do not recommend this complex to future residents.
