I know for a fact that this rating is absolute hogwash!!! Parking is a problem for sure but this is NOT a bad area!! It is one of the newest and nicest communities in Beaverton!! This is obviously an irrate resident trying to cause a problem. This is a beautiful property and the things that this person speaks of would not and are not tolerated!

Well "frootloop", the above response IS TRUE!!! If you are WHO you say you are, you must be living elsewhere not to know what's going on at Progress Terrace, and IT'S NOT GOOD!! EVERYTHING is tolerated because you have a frootloop manager who does absolutely NOTHING but rent apartments and try to be friends with everyone and NOT TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS, like the noise problems and parking.She lies to her tennants with the after hours number that goes unanswered and NEVER resolved issues. There are so many lies she tells, she can't remember WHO she tells them to. As far as the parking goes, SHE ALWAYS HAS A SPOT FOR HERS!!!

I can not stress this enough. LOOK AROUND. There are so many other nice apartment complexes in the area. I had a great experience at Andover Park which is just down the road. I am out as soon as my lease is over.
