parking & manager terrible

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
Parking is such an issue that visitors aren't welcome & parking on street gets you a ticket.
Manager isn't consistent in her treatment/skills etc.
Rent is too high for no amenities.
Apartments are beautiful, quiet area, safe, grounds are beautiful.
