Too Expensive, Bad management, parking nightmare

I have lived at Progress Terrace for almost a year. Yes, it is new and the apartments are nice and the landscaping is maintained however, the apartments are exceedingly expensive considering that there are no amenities, parking is a disaster and the service from the managment is awful. For all this I was just informed that my rent has increased $100.00 a month if I renew my lease. I do not recommend this place.
