It's probably true that for the price, more could be offered. I haven't experienced tenant noise to the extent as others, but construction noise may be a problem to those looking at this area in the near future. HOWEVER, I do have a very strong complaint about safety and maintenance. Last week I took a nasty spill down my stairs. I reported this to management the next day, to which I received a follow-up voice mail thanking me for the information...'that's why we have you here, to let us know these things'. It's been a week and the steps have not been fixed. I could go on and on about management attitude on other issues, but this one stands out the most.
