Quite a nice place, overall...

Having lived here a little over a month, I have to say that this is one of the nicer apartment complexes in the Beaverton area. Everything is brand new and under warranty, the grounds are clean and impeccably maintained. The neighbors are generally friendly and considerate. Haven't heard any loud parties, just the occassional crying baby here and there, so noise isn't really that bad.
I did have some issues with my upstairs neighbor, primarily with the noise of the kids running around upstairs all day long (like a herd of buffalo, heheh), and most notably the time one of them flooded the 2nd bathroom and water leaked down into my 2nd bathroom and hallway. The management sent people to clean up the carpet within the hour, and everything got taken care of almost immediately. I'm not sure what other people are complaining about when they say management doesn't fix things right away. At least, I've never had this experience. Even the smallest details (like getting my shower curtain rod fixed) was taken care of within the hour if not sooner.
Parking could be a problem for people with more than one car, but that can be said of almost all apartment complexes anywhere you go. The nearest playground is also a fair hike away, but other than that this complex is pretty great.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and they really do try their best to make their tenants happy. It's my opinion that people who can't tolerate noise should seriously consider moving into a house, where they won't have to deal with living around other people.
