I have been here almost a year and can't wait to get out of this place. Parking is horrible, noise is horrible, staff is unresponsive. When I moved in I didn't mind paying above market for a new, nice, quite place. Now that I see the direction this place is taking, there is no reason to stay here. I would much rather live in an older apartment complex that is quite and that management actually responds to. This place is a joke for over $1000 a month!! Look elsewhere.

you know it is not that hard to pick up the phone and call the beaverton police if you have a legit noise complaint thats what i did and have never had a problem since just because you live in an apartment doesnt mean the staff should babysit your every whinny problem
