These places are new and seemingly clean, but the quality of construction is just horrible. We've lived in a two bedroom for 8 mos now and can hear every time any of our neighbors - above, below or next to us - sneeze, shower, play music... We're looking forward to our lease being up so we can stop overpaying for low quality housing that offers NO parking, even for two people who live on location, let alone visitors.
