I moved here from out of state, so it was nice to move into a new apartment that I knew would be clean. That is where things stopped, I was told 10 min. to Max station, (maybe at 3 a.m.) and was taken in by how nice and responsive the staff was after our phone conversations. I have now lived here for 11 months and am moving out. I recently received my new lease info and am now being charged to have a reserved parking spot. Based on what else is said about parking you can guess that not paying for said spot would eventually lead to a ticket. Unless of course I wanted to park at Albertson's. In the last 6 months residents have quit cleaning up their dog's crap and it can be found littered all around the back of the property and at times on sidewalks within the grounds. It won't take long until this place is no longer considered clean!

WOW!!! Now they are charging to rent car spaces?? I just wonder if the staff of Progress Terrace pays for the COVERED SPACES they use on a daily basis??? What a joke!
In response to the "doggie doo" let me say that it was a great idea to put in "pet stations" IF THE DOGS COULD ONLY READ.....After being cooped up for over 8 hours, I am sure the dog is going to hold it until he/she reaches the pet station....and I should know, as I would see how quickly they used (and blessed) the pissing tree by my apartment 24/7. What a marvelous "view" from my windows!!!!
