I have lived here for 10 months now, and my feeling is so-so. There are good things about this apartment and bad. It will all come down to what is important to you. I am in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. I really love that all the applicances are new, I love the floorplan, the fireplace, the soaking tub, and the kitchen has tons of space! I really discourage living on the third floor. There are 6 flights of stairs and if you are carrying up a child, groceries, or even moving in...it's a bit tiring. As the other comments stated, parking is really bad. For me, the worst part, is other people park in your assigned spot. The tenants are not allowed to tow each other, only management. And they give a 24 hour window to move your car before it gets towed. On several occasions, I had to wait close to 24 hours just to park in my spot which I PAY for every month. Visitor parking is almost none, so if you like having lots of people over...this might be the best place for you. Overall, I like it.
