The management office is GREAT.

The apartments are spacious and clean with all the amenities you can ask for... you even get your own washer/dryer.

The water is always clean and I've never run out of hot water... and I use a lot of water.

My apt. has a larger balcony with a humongous strorage space (oh yes, that reminds me, huge walk-in closet in the BR)

The neighbors are very friendly... I drive a convertible and I always have my top down, never had a theft/vandalism concern.

The management team also consists of a great handy man (Chris) who took care of everything I've requested within the hour (no issues, just wanted a chandelier moved up, etc.)
