The manager of this complex, Dixie Menaker, is outstanding. She is friendly and answers all questions promptly. We decided we needed an apartment with an attached garage and needed to make another choice, but it was very difficult. These are beautiful units!

Yeah right. Dixie is the most condescending and rude manager we have had at this complex. At least Susan knew what she was doing. Dixie constantly forgets conversations, half the time the lights in the breezeways are out and don't get fixed for weeks (obviously management isn't making rounds), we were told we couldn't have a puppy but there are several puppies in the complex, and the list goes on. The only people that management are nice to are the ones who are interested in renting an apartment, not current long time residents.

We were one of the first renters when Susan was the manager. She was very nice in the beginning, but then never resolved our complaints with our noisy neighbors, and we finally left. Other than that, are only other concern was the parking situation. Thank goodness, we only had one car, and at that time, was never charged for covered parking. This complex needs more parking spaces, but there is no room to expand. That shouldn't be the tennant's problem.
