You know I live here too. I have never seen these things go on? I have had the maintenance guy come over at least 5 times and never had an issue. Hope you find the place of your dreams! I would say that it may not exist for someone who is such a pecimist. Ohh learn to spell before you go on a public website and spew such a hateful message.

What did I spell incorrectly? You can't spell pessimist or oh so I would use spell checker before you attack someone else for the same thing. By the way a review is about personal experience. You are lucky not to have experienced these issues, but I assure you we have. I didn't feel my message was hateful at all. I simply told my story so that someone else doesn't make the same mistake.
