Yo!

the HONEST truth

In all honesty, Quatama Crossing is not the best place in the world to live, then again, we all don't make the best salaries in the world either to afford the best places.
This page has become a forum of slander and gossip. Some things are true, yes, there was a murder a few years ago. Two drunk "friends" got into a fight and one killed the other. Yes, there is alot of crime, however, per capita, you'll find that this complex has one of the lowest crime rates in hillsboro (this complex has over 700 apartments, the largest in oregon). Yes, one of the maintenance staff was fired for stealing from tenants homes, using/selling drugs, and whatever other reason you can possibly think of. The remaining maintenance crew on the other hand is one of the best I've seen. The leasing office (with the exception of one un-named blonde) is staffed with unbelievable personality, kindness, and respect.
There is some welfare housing on this property, most of which have no pride in themselves, or thier community. This trait is past on to thier kids who destroy, fight, vandalize, and disturb the other 95% of the worthwile tenants, but somehow, the staff there at Quatama crossing seem to take it very well and continue to make this complex look very nice and pristine.
As far as my apartment. I have a second floor two bed, two bath. I loved it! it was quiet, and comfortable. One day I got tiered of climbing stairs, and mentioned this to an office person, they gladly showed me a list of vacant apartments on the first floor, and I was actually moving in the next day! talk about service! even though they had me "locked" into a lease, they were still treating me as if I were a perspective tenant!
Sadly though, I had to move from this complex in order to live closer to my school. If given the chance I would definitly move back.
