Not Worth it, stay in Quatama Village From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/8/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I lived at QC for 6 months. The neighbors suck. ANybody qualifies to live there. They accept low income housing. Personnel do not give you the proper attention that you need, and their level of competence is quite low. They are out for money and that's it. Lets fill up the complex, even if we have to drag people from downtown Portland with horrible credit. If you are looking for a quality experience, do not come here. THe only decent thing about it, is that it is close to the max. So stay at Quatama Village if that is your criteria.
