OUT and HAPPY From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I just read a review online and completely agree- this place was a rip off. Positives: large apartments, cheap. Negatives: noisy neighbors, security useless, and an unhelpful staff. Cheap rent lends you some un-wanted neighbors: think of your car being vandelized by drunk neighbor's friend. Mine did. Quatama helpful in that situation' No. Paying a pet deposit' Beware that a pet deposit does not cover any damage done by an actual pet. Quatma offer a lot and follows through with very little. Also- when you move out they will decline a walk through with you- in your lease it states that YOU the rentee must ask them to go through the apt with you. I asked if it was necessary and they said no, but when cleaning went through we got charged for cheap drawers that the face fell of. Rip off.
