The grounds crew, great, extemely cordial and helpful. There was one nice leasing agent (she set up my lease). Other than that, I have never been treated with such childish disrespect. Every concern I had- ignored, laughed off, or ill-attended to. Upon move out, I was charged an obscene amount for carpet damage. I had an agent come in a week before to estimate, she said there would be no charge. When I called to inquire, the "person I needed to speak with" was never in. And after a month or so of unreturned phone calls, I sent a letter asking for a copy of the inspection validating the charge. They sent me the inspection of another person's apartment, and refused to answer any questions. They then threatened to send me to collections if not paid. I paid, and asked for a receipt. I recieved it two months later. I complained to their property management group and have not heard back. It is ridiculous that a complex be run by such a group of individuals.

Other concerns: Parking is terrible. Appliances are frequently installed incorrectly. There is a HUGE problem with drugs in the complex due to the proximity to the max line. The other complaints about drug busts are valid. The night time "security guard" is pointless, do not feel a false since of security, one individual that was employeed in this position during the time I was living there had a tendency to spy on residents with binoculars. Pool and fitness center frequently are unavailable during posted hours of operation. Theft and car break-ins are common. Noise is bad. Lots of pets, there doesn't appear to be restrictions at all, I was commonly met in the hallway by a waist high pit bull and once by a ferret.

Lived here?

If you choose to live here (god only knows why) I would suggest taking before and after pictures with a time stamp on them (not digital if possible). I took pictures while I was here and they did the same thing by trying to charge me for damages that were not caused by me. Proof in the picture.

I am so, so sorry that I didn't heed your warning. I have encountered the exact same attitude from the staff. My bank says my rent check was dated and deposited, and provided me a copy. The staff says they've never seen that check in their lives.
