Please believe the negative reviews.

I was really, really happy to have applied for and been approved for this place. The noise was minimal, the grounds are well kept, there are plenty of open parking spaces, and the staff seem helpful.
Two days after I moved in, I asked them if I could add a friend to my lease. My leasing agent looked really positive and said, "We'll call you." I received no call. A week later, I went into the office again to follow up. "Oh, right," my leasing agent said. "I'll figure out what needs to be done. I'll call you." I received no call. I have now visited their office consecutively for six weeks, sometimes twice or three times a week. "We'll call you." They don't.
I got an eviction notice on my door out of nowhere, though my bank has recorded and processed my check, dated and signed by the Simpson Property Group, LP. I have visited the office very hour with a copy of my check. "Oops, yes, we may have made a booboo. We'll take care of this. We'll call you."
Never, ever be foolish enough to sign a lease here. The office staff are incompetent, and my next stop after this review is to discuss my experiences with the better business bureau, the housing authority, an attorney, and the media. Don't let your perfect credit take a hit like mine did because they "lose" your check, though the bank very clearly shows it was processed, cleared, and deposited.
I can dismiss most of the other negative claims shared in these reviews, but please beware, this staff is completely unhelpful, abusive, and I guarantee you will want out of your lease as soon as you figure this out for yourselves. If it was possible to rate a 0%, I would do so. Absolutely bad!
