Please research it out! This is a great location, however the management after you move in is horrible. For example, I needed some work done in my bathroom and the receptionist lied to me saying that mantainace had taken care of it. However, when I got home later that night, no one had been up to my apartment. Since this was an emergency, I had to call the maintance manager and he came over that night and fixed my bathroom. He informed me that he was not onsite and neither was his assistant. Therefore, there is no way anyone could have taken care of the complaint. This is just one example, I do have more. They also tried on 2 occasions to say that I didn't pay my pet fees/deposits, when I had the lease and bank paperwork available. I am waiting to get out of my lease. I cannot get out of it without paying a couple thousand dollars. Therefore, my advise to you, is don't rent here unless you don't mind all and more that I have listed above.
