Everything about our experience at REFLECTIONS was wonderful...untill we were set to renew our lease. In the matter of one week, life at this complex turned CHAOTIC! First, they raised our rent upon renewal of our lease. They changed management companies at the same time of our move out, and did not inform any tenants. I feel that is important information that we should know! So we decided not to renew. TAKE WARNING! You better decide the day they give you that notice, otherwise you will be forced to pay rent regardless of when you leave. The intent to vacate letter says "On or Before" this date, but it does NOT say that you are "rent responsible" until 30 days from the date. We were cleaned and out on October 1st,and still had to pay rent until October 10th. IRRITATING! Also, on our wedding night my brother parked my car in a half red/half grey curb and my car got towed. We had to delay our honeymoon so i could come and get my car out of HOSTAGE (for 250 dollars- another thing they dont tell their tenants). Their towing company is extremely unprofessional and rude, the staff does not enforce the parking rules for garages, and a non resident would have no idea that where they parked would be towable. They had no desire whatsoever to work with us, which is why we dont live there anymore!! Also, our car WAS broke into and a book of about 200 cds was stolen. Do not rent here based on the appearance of the apartment.

We are about to move to these apartments from out of state as well...When you mentioned the expensive deposits, to what were you referring? Do they ask for 1st & last month's rent prior to moving in to an apartment?

I am a current renter at Reflection at Summer Creek. I am absolutely fed up with the lack in quality in management. They do not care to work with you. They are extremely unorganized and I recently found out they were charging me more than my rent on my lease. They repeatedly send me bills that I do not owe and they're maintenance crew is incompetent. It took over a month of over 50 calls on my part to the office to get a leak in my kitchen fixed. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT RENT AT THIS PLACE. Everything looks nice from the outside but is absolute CRAP on the inside. I can't wait until my lease is up to move out!!
