Well, reflections is a well coverd up pain in the rear from the get go. it looks wonderful from the outside. it's even great for a little while to live here. until you need something. the management is downright nasty rude and refuses to give you receipts for rent payments, the maintanence is almost non-existant, and the way they talk to you after you have signed is just downright degrading. I've lived here for a year and a half and cannot wait to get out. oh, and don't fall for the first month free gimmick. there are more than enough signing fees to accomidate a months rent. oh and if you have pets, forget it! they use very nasty fertilizer all over the grass everywhere that's really bad for the dogs and has made several dogs extremely sick, and they wont do anything about it accept talk nasty to me about how they can't control the way our pets eat the toxic fertilizer. do yourself a favor and overlook the property and look at the rest of things before deciding to rent here. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

Maybe you should stop and think about the fertilizer isn't what makes your dog sick. maybe it would eb the fact that an extreme dog flu was going around for a while. But hwey lets jump to conclusions and point fingers because we don't stop and think of how hard people work to make us happy.

I'm shocked that a staff member would actually write a response to these negative comments. Just suck it up and move on. You can't take things so personal in this business. You are just stooping to thier lever by answering them. We all know that this site is just used by residents who brake the rules and want exceptions made for them. Take a breath and let it go.

You know what you ------- happyhomersc which rsc= reflections at summer creek! I'll mail you the bill next time my dog gets sick. I actually had fertilizer pumped from her stomach so F**K your dog flu theory. I know it came from reflections, because they had just put the fertilizer down and I hadn't gone anywhere for a few days except work, and I don't take my dogs to work with me. The neighbor 2 doors down had the exact same problem, so stop defending this crap hole. technically I could have pressed charges for your negligence in not offering a pet friendly fertilizer, but in a world like today, I was a better person and just paid the pet bill and made a simple complaint. Tell you what, next time the lawn contractors are here, have yourelf a helping of fertilizer, and then when you're at the doctor, explain to him/her that it's a rare dog flu going around and see what he/she thinks. they'll probalby tell you your dog flew came from eating fertilizer you moron. As for the other response... just for your info, I've never broken a rule here. I work hard for my money, and have always paid the bills on time including everything here at reflections. I only have 2 cars one is parked in my garage, which is a rule here, I even stop at all of the stop signs unlike most of the residents, I follow all of the other rules I signed to abide by, basically I follow every rule possible, so for you to say I want exceptions made for me. NO! I just want someone to fix a serious problem or concern such as fertilizer poisoning, kinda like how millions of pet foords have been pulled off the shelves of retailers around the country because there is a toxic chineese wheet gluten in them. Those companies were alerted to a problem and because they're good companies, they're taking action rather than telling their customers to not point fingers, and think about how hard they work for us. Who cares how hard you work for us, We're your customers, we're your paycheck, so how dare you complain about us the customer. if you don't like your job, LEAVE!!! I'd say the same thing about the angry tennants here to just leave, but we've all signed a contract and it's not just as easy as finding a new place. I still have to wait a few more months before i get to leave, but believe me I am. Thank god for this website, because now there is proof when someone goes to sue reflections. There is documented slander, and neglegence. Just read the other complaints and posts, and mine was a legitimate one too.
