With the exception of one woman in the leasing office, the office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional- the plump manager being the worst. It is amazing this woman is in management, or even employed. Parking is ridiculous, it takes 2-3 weeks for maintenance response, and the property remains skunk infested. My suggestion to potential new tenants is to pass Reflections at Summer Creek AT LEAST until a Ben and Jerry's is built within scooter distance of the manager's office, or she and her unprofessional staff are replaced.

Wow. Its easy to degrate people when your mad huh? when you figure out how to control skunks from getting into a preserved wetland area give me a heads up. Take a real estate class then make comments.

Did you ever think that the manager was maybe having a bad day? I know, they should not take it out on residents, but don't you have bad days once in a while? Also, you knew you were moving onto a wetland, skunks are a givin, get over yourself, and if it is that bad, MOVE!!

Funny thing is, it's easy even when I'm not mad, just when I see unprofessionalism, and blatant, intentional disregard for paying tenants on a daily basis. Or when someone makes ignorant, non-factual arguments defending the property and management.
Skunk inhabitation is to be expected, yes. Infestation, no. Maybe if you tell your co-workers/friends in the leasing office to empty the trash dumpsters BEFORE they overflow, the problem would be less severe. Apparently when you took your real estate class you failed the lesson on rodent population control, like the failed spelling lessons in grammer school. We will be moving when our lease is up... it seems most here do.
