This was my first apartment and the worst experience ever. Within a week of moving in there were problems with our light switches, and shower. Off was on, on was off. Hot was cold, cold was hot. Not to mention that we were paying 553.00 for monthly rent plus water, sewer, and garbage for a tiny 555 ft one bedroom apartment. That's like a dollar a foot. Within two weeks of living there an obscene amount of stains appeared in our carpet out of now where. Now when we first moved in we were told that our carpet was brand new. BS! Then about a month into living here our washer and dryer quit working, once again randomly. It took them over a month and a half to figure out that the problem with the washer/dryer was that when they first decided to install the large appliance into our tiny walk in closet that they needed to also install an outlet. Well, the genius didn't put an outlet cover. So basically they installed a huge appliance into a deathtrap of an outlet. Which they still haven't fixed in 6 months. During this time they offered a vacant apartments washer and dryer. Well once again they didn't let us know that people were in and out of the apartment getting it ready for renting. Within time our clothes and towels were stolen. In October we were happy to hear that the managment HSC was being replaced by TRINITY. Much to our shock these people were just as useless. Our heater went out at the end of novemeber. We had a scheduled appointment for Monday Dec 5th. When we called because no one showed up they said oh we'll have some one over there right away. Over an hour later a maintenance guy came to fix the heater. A week later the heater in our bedroom blew up and melted our vaccum. They wont even remiburse us, when it's they're fault. Well, today they were suposed to come and fix both heaters and both thermostats. But no they only fix one heater in our bedroom and one thermostat in the living room. Im telling you unless you want to deal with useless, unhelpful, idiots, and live in a life full of anexiety I WOULD NOT RECOMEND MOVING HERE!!!
