I have been a resident at Reflections for a few years now, and yes I will say just like ever other APARTMENT (yes people you live in an apartment in Oregon, not Beverly hills) stuff happens. but hey instead of crying as to when my stuff would be fixed, which by the way maintenace has improved dramtically since the take over, I was thankful for the fact I DON"T HAVE TO PAY FOR A SERVICE GUY TO COME OUT AND FIX IT>>>>. IT IS DONE FOR FREE!!!! Also as for the management, go take over a property that clearly has been let go by previous management, and see if it looks beautiful after 2 months, things have to change to get better! I am so disapointed that my fellow neighbors can be so ignorant to write such horrible things. LAWS ARE LAWS. Maybe if 75% of the people that rent apartments read their lease agreement they wouldn't have half the crap to cry about. wait till you own your own house, stick a vaccum in front of the heater and see how long it takes for it to melt.... cry me a river... your lucky you didn't burn the place down, I think I learned in elemetry school not to stick anything in front of the heater.
have some respect follow the lease agreement you signed at movein and you wouldn't be in such shock when you go to cry over spilt milk. As for the mold, you live in Oregon, it is wet and moldy, oh yeah and you live on 27 acres of PRESERVED WETLANDS.... hmmmm that is a thought. I am embarrassed and feel horrible not to live at Reflectiosn but to have such rude and direspectful neighbors. But hey I guess you can't make everyone happy and those that aren't need to address their unhappieness somewhere. move to a new apartment, let me know how much changes.... Oh yeah and just because there isn't parking in front of your apartment doesn't exactly meant here isn't parking through the rest of the community. Don't bring so many people to your APARTMENT and you won't have parking issues.

Shut the hell up. Look and see more than half the people on here are unhappy with reflections and their managment ( new and old). Just because you are like the only one who hasn't has problems doesn't make the rest who have ignorant. It makes you an idiot because you don't even know the half of it.

I must agree, things must being going good for you...either you doing someone in the office or you really do like it here. Yes, ignorant statement, but let's just say I know of a few romances in the area. Makes me sick. I work hard for my money and I will not tolerate the fact that I pay full price for my apartment, yet there are many welfare folks who live here, two thumbs up, if you need the help, you need the help, but I will be damned if I am to be treated any less....Hell ya I live in apartments, not because I want to, but finacially I have to at this point in my life. This does not make me any less of a person nor should I be bullied over and over again by management group. They are rude, inconsiderate and have not clue what is going on....You are fortunate to have such a great relationship with management. But I am single Mom and someone tried to break in out house through the garage. Ripped the door open, with crow bar and broke garage. It took them 6 days before they fixed....Anyone could climb through the bottom of the garage...Ridiculous!! Good for you, I am glad you have the ability to just pick up and go when things get bad for you..I don't I have limited funds and I do my damnest to make it work. Don't talk about reading your lease...The damn lease agreement has changed 20 times and then some...Everytime you go into the office we have different people...I talked with one lady one day and the next day she no longer worked there. Take a close look....Be careful, they might get you too.

To Tacobell1967....

AMEN sister! I am with you and so are ALL the other tenants here at this piece of crap that they call Reflections at Summer Creek, more like Reflections at Hell's Creek. The devil is running the thing. I don't see anyone at the office good looking enough to want to fool around with, so I guess they decided to screw me in a different way.

Who ever wrote the thing about the welfare people get a clue. Realize that everywhere you go people are going to be paying a different than a lot of others. If you go to the store and you buy something for $100 and two days later it goes on sale are you going to whine and groan about that. Same concept, a lot of you people make me sick. You never stop to think abou things before you say them, you only see things from your point and never any one elses. Just because the staff changes has nothing to do with the current staff. I'm sure all of you have worked at a place where someone leaves or gets let go. Do you whine about that too? Stop worrying so much about others and just worry about yourself
