First and foremost, I am a resident at this time...Heading to court though for an eviction notice...We shall see. Of course immediately you will second guess my opinion based on my circumstances, but please listen.
Most folks live in apartments, not because they want to, but because of financial circumstances, single living, divorce, I could go on forever...Would not all want a home of our own''' Sure, but not in todays world...very difficult. I have gotten myself in a pickle due to very poor management teams...Please note, I have been a resident for two years, my first week in my new apartment, I received letter of new management..Ok, cool, whatever...Since then I have been through 4 possibly 5 management changes...You can only imagine the frustration. You begin a relationship, correspondance with one group and the next time you call in they no longer work there. Moral of this sotry...Late fee's and past due amounts have caught up with me...I may owe these, I may not' No one was able to line item out what I owed...Yet I continually received notices for eviction...I would work with office, office would work with me...I would pay, then new management would come in and I suddenly owed more and more and more...Not fair!!!! Before choosing your new home/apartment, research management teams/owners...The apartments of your choice may look beautiful on the outside and the team showing apartments seem to have it together...that is thier job...but find out how long they have been with that particular property...ask about owners, contact owners. See what type of turn over they have had in the past year....5 turn overs in 1 1/2....NOT GOOD.

As a response to your posted comments and concerns, I would welcome you to please come to the office and talk to us about your discrepancies with your account. We have on many occasions sat down with a resident for an hour at a time and go line by line through their ledger and would be more than happy to do that with you. We are not asking for you to pay money that isn't owed, but we are a business, that is providing a service and have financial obligations also. So please keep that in mind.
