For those of you have nothing but bad things to say about Reflections I suggest you take a moment to stop and think!!!! 1) all the things in previous ratings that were mentioned could potentially be true but realize that there is a new staff for a reason. 2) As far as those who get upset that their rent is raised upon renewal think about this, you live in an apartment where the market is constantly changing. Chances are when you signed the lease the going rent for your apartment when you moved in was less becuase the market was lower. Also take into consideration you may have gotten a 'deal' when you moved in whether it be 1 months rent free or what have you. Now if you prorated this amount over the amount of time in which you were living in the apartment your rent was probably lowered $80-$100, now that it's time to renew your lease of course it's going to go up to the market cost. 3) for the person who wrote something about mold I have a few words that sums that up WE LIVE IN OREGON!!!! If you THINK it's mold you have some more research to do, it's called mildew and mildew is caused by one of two things. 1) if it's around your windows, doors or any other area that is exposed to outside air it's due the fact that you do live in Oregon. Unless you sleep 24/7 you will realize that it does rain a lot here it's inevitable that you will get mildew around your windows 2) the other place it's going to exist will be in your bathroom, the only person you have to blame for this is YOURSELF!!!! There is a reason that there is a fan in your bathroom........IT'S TO REMOVE MOIST AIR!!!! So unless you are too lazy to flip that switch or clean your bathroom you shouldn't have this problem. 4)to the idiot that wrote about their lease renewal and they themselves didn't give notice HELLO you only have yourself to blame. Anywhere you live you are required to give a 30 day notice it's called the LAW it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that one out. It amazes me every day that people think they can do what they want and not read their own lease before signing it yet they get mad at the management company becuase they didn't read their lease. 5)This one is directed to the smart one that said the apartments were very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter. First think about it again you live in Oregon for gosh sake........there isn't central air here. For those of you who don't know what that is lets just say you have air and heat in every room controlled by one thermostat. 90% of the places in the state of Oregon don't have air conditioning so quit complaining and get on with it. If you want this luxury purchase a house!!!!!! 6) this is my last statement FOR THE IDIOT THAT PUT THE CORPORATE CONTACT INFORMATION ON THE SITE YOU MIGHT WANT TO GET IT RIGHT BEFORE YOU POST IT!!!! IT'S NOT HARD TO GO ONLINE AND FIGURE THAT ONE OUT.

Ok ANONYMOUS/(MANAGEMENT) posting this review....

This obviously is management, because the rudeness REEKS of the management at Reflections. If you so LOVE living here, I'd like to hear just what it is that the management company is doing RIGHT. And why does it concern you about other people's situations with their leases. It seems to me that most of the complaints other than that is the poor MANAGEMENT response and care for their tenants. And how you said that all these bad things because of the previous management, and once again you prove our point because you are the THIRD management company to come in, why do you think that the management is always changing, because they are poor excuses for an apartment management company. If you really CARED about your tenants, is this the way you respond to them? And if you aren't management (yeah, right) then what is the point in writing this in the first place? How is it that these other people's opinions concern you? Oh, and there seems to be a LOT of complaints about the maintanence staff, which you conveniently left out. Do you have an answer for that one? As far as the mildew goes, me and my friends who live here, have lived in many houses and apartments prior and have always had a little bit of mildew to deal with, but here it is out of control. The moment you CLEAN-yes we do know how to clean-it up it is back again within days. Which is not TYPICAL for any place, unless you have poor installation of the windows-which it is. The old aluminum sliding doors are notorious for inefficiency and mildew growth and that comes from a personal health inspector that checked my apt. out, because my child got SICK from the MILDEW spores. You just hope to get the rating up from this post, but with the amount of people who are unsatisfied, your attempt to rectify the rating on this apt. complex is pointless. I would love to hear a response from you, and hopefully this time it will have some TRUTH to it or at least a real discussion forum minus the rudeness. Of course with the management track record, that would be a miracle.

Thank you. Have a nice day. :)

The person who wrote the original review, BEN, was fired, of course. Wanna know why? Because he was throwing parties in vacant apartments. Which managment denies. But a "little bird" told me who is very close to BEN, infact they are pressing charges. Maybe if the managment took the time to hire competent staff the wouldn't have such problems.

hahahahaahaha it was actually a member of a STAFFING AGENCY who was hired temporarily who did that. not a full time employee that they carefully screened and interviewed before hiring. thats a fact, tell your little bird who is oh so very close to ben to shut up

The issue of "Market Cost" for rent is so ridiculous ... ever hear of "Depreciation"? Yes, as the buildings get older and in need of attention, why should the rent increase? Let's face it, these apartments are aging and there is no reason why they should be charging the same as any newer properties down the street just because they have similar square footage. Base the rent on real facts ... the property (structure and landscape) is in need of a lot of work. Just driving onto the property, almost every light is out on the driveway from the entry to the first stop sign and it's been that way for quite a while. Just shows how expedient the staff is when it comes to repairs and maintenance.

Wow, once again it completely obvious that Roxstar is management. How else would you know weather or not the person was an employee or someone else???? Plus, the attitude you have in your postS shows you have the same crappy attitude as described about the management.

Just a reminder this is the attitude of the poster is the same that you will be dealing with if you live here.

(It wouldn't seem like a dig if they were all nice and helpful huh. :D)
