STAY AWAY ALL WHO CONSIDER THIS PLACE..........

Although they seem nice in the beginning and the apartment comes with washer and dryer and garage there's nothing else good to say about this place.

*No response to maintenance calls EVER.

*Horribly inefficient heating and windows leak.

*FECAL MATTER EVERYWHERE ON THE COMPLEX GROUNDS

*Change of staff several times within six months.

*Didn't want to honor previous arrangements made with previous management.

*Constant billing errors, at least once a month.

*Advertises one thing and gives you another

*Will not refund deposit unless the apartment is BETTER than what you had moved in to, and even then its still questionable.

*Police are always out here.

*THEY NEVER ANSWER THE APT. OFFICE'S PHONE...EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER

*I HATE it here

*Have to call the police just to respond to dangerous wires exposed from pathlights. Called office THREE times about it without response.

*Stay away and beware, because the garage and washer & dryer AREN'T WORTH IT.

*You never know when your outlets are going to work properly, light switches going faulty.

*Smoke alarms SUCK!!!!!! Always going off or beeping.

*Had to get some new slats for vertical blinds, took them three days to replace it because the maintenance crew conviniently took the whole weekend off, then when they replaced them I got mixmatched blinds.

*Called about garbage disposal not working, again took them three days to come out here, and it wasn't fixed but miraculously fixed itself.

*Dishwasher doesn't work properly, and the maintenance crew stated quote, "You seem to have a silver spoon in your mouth to expect so much."

*The stove doesn't work, the washing machine smelt like DOG.

I could go on and on, but my hands would tire from typing out EVERY SINGLE thing WRONG with this place. It would be different if the staff did their JOB. They ACT friendly towards you in the office, but beware, they wear two faces.

*I confronted a leasing agent in the office about the fecal matter, and let them know that someone saw the maintanence crew shoveling the fecal matter onto the walkway. The leasing agent got very defensive and argumentive stating that their workers would never do that. Of course they wouldn't, because they never DO ANYTHING(period)

JUST BEWARE, NEVER RENT HERE, MOVE ON TO THE NEXT PLACE, CHANCES ARE YOU ARE UNLIKELY TO FIND ANYPLACE WORSE THAN THIS.

ahahahahahaha anywhere u go its about 72 hours for a work order.and i have never lived anywhere that maintenance worked on the weekends unless it was an emergency or whatever. so wow ... u waited such a looong time didnt u? PS usually with apartments, the appliances will be USED hence apartments so u might have an odor of previous residents as well as "wear and tear" on a dishwasher, maybe a gargbage disposal. can u hold on a second.. im gonna call a WAAAAAambulance!

Serious? You called the police about wires? And not once but 3 times?? Please tell me you're kidding. Did they come out? Rough the wires up? Cuff 'em and haul to the county jail? That's pathetic, you sound like a major pain with too much spare time. How'd you call them? 911? wasting their time with something like that? But that's ok, we're not talking about the residents, we're bashing the staff here. Sorry to stray off topic.

I've lived at several places that worked on my place almost immediately, I even knew the maintenance guys by first and last names. I'm so terribly sorry that I think a 72 hour work order when my apparment is flooding from the water running under the kitchen sink is rediculous! I also work full time with a neighboring Police Agency, we get calls for lights in appartment compexe's all the time, trust me we don't mind. It's our job to respond for the public.
