Very, very disappointed with Reflections..... Reading the previous reviews is like hearing a play-by-play summary of the past 6 months. Apartment living is seldom ideal but what I cannot tolerate is being lied to. The management staff seems to have a very bad habit of lying to protect themselves. No one will be accountable to accounting errors, work orders, leases, complaints, etc. When my wife and I put a work order in for a faulty dishwasher the maintenance personnel never fixed it. They came twice to look at it and insisted nothing was wrong. The problem persisted througout the entire 6 month lease and the dishwasher was never repaired. Finally after moving the excuse (lie) that was told to us was that we had acutally requested that they NOT come and fix it becuase we were moving.
We were told that the carpets were brand new and that many of the doors were replaced. The carpets within days began to reveal many stains and the paint on the doors began to peel.
Dishonest, rude, disrespectul, unprofessional, and unresponsive. Reflections at Summer Creek should be avoided!!

I first want to start this off by saying the person who wrote this didn't even live in the apartment. Second, all of the accounting errors were from previous managemet it has nothing to do with the people that are at this place now. Third, remember what you say to people if you tell them not to worry about it because you are moving then don't expect it to be done!!! Fourth, anyone who has ever taken a breath of air knows you get charged for a carpet cleaning when you move out. Fifth, if the paint peels it's from the paint not the management.

WOW, 'RSummer'. It's completly obvious that you work for Reflections, because there is not one resident that would come foward and stick up for managment. This place is run by untrained, unhelpful so-called managment. Who continue to lie and manipulate many residents. They do not care about any current residents, all they care about is getting new ones to replace all the ones who can't stand managment. I mean, come on, how many billing errors can one office make? How many errors could be made?

Carpet cleaning is normal turnover ... the property should absorb the cost. If the paint is peeling, it's the management's responsibility to provide quality workmanship and product in repair efforts at no cost to the tenant.

The response by "rsummer" just goes to show that the management at this property is only able to point fingers and lay blame other than where it is deserved ... on the management's hands.

I am waiting for my apartment to become available at Reflections and just ran across this while looking for the floor plan lay out for my unit. I'm disappointed to hear this but my experience with the management there has been outstanding. I have only been working with one person but she has gone above and beyond to find me a unit that will work for me. I am hoping this is an indication that things have gotten better there. I am going to think positive and hope for the best!

I have lived here for 2 years and i put in a request to have my bathtubs refinished. since day one the paint on the plastic tubs (stupid) has bubbled and peeled away. every time i use the tub i cant believe i am looking at these 3, 1 ft square (and getting bigger)patches of chipped paint. They said they would not fix it unless we were going away for 5 days so they could refinish it. Like we're going away anytime soon. What's option #2? How's about a discount or something? They get $13,000 a year from us. What do we get from them? Our lease is up soon and we're leaving. Thank you Reflections for the kick in the ass!
