Do not, I repeat, do not rent from these people. I don't even think PEOPLE is the correct term for the folks that run this place. A real person would not speak to their tenants in such a condesending tone. Even when asking a simple question they treat you like you a lepar. (for those of you who do not know what that is it is a flesh eating disease). The apartment itself has a good lay out but it seems to fall apart a little bit everyday. God help you if something breaks and they need to fix it, it will take them 6 months of talking in circles and blaming the tenants that it is broken and then make you feel like the tenants are wasting the maintenance staff's time. (I hear he goes fishing a lot rather than doing his job). Coming from a person who is very patient and understands that many people live here other than myself, taking 6 months to fix something simple is a little ridiculous. And by the way if something is wrong and it conflicts with your day to day doings expect it to take longer to fix. I would also suggest that if you feel that some sort of restitution should happen for the inconvenience that is put on the tenants look to someone else because they will not help. See the trend. The managment here is just astounding and unhelpful, rude and a down right discrace to what someone would call a human being. Now that I am off my soapbox go live somewhere else.

My complex performs repairs within about 24 hours of your request. Sounds like Reflections needs more competent staff.
