First of ALL, to all of you who have been writing these rude comments about this property are just worthless pieces of ----!!! Do you have any idea how hard the management works'!'!' They've had to pick up the slack that the other property management left, and if you people think thats easy...well think again!!! Maybe you people should step back and take a look at the big picture, instead of just me me me!!! And another thing to keep in mind, THEIR WORLD DOES NOT REVOLVE AROUND YOU!!! Like I was saying earlier, their job is not as easy as it looks, so if they fail to do something then there probably is a reason for it... but they do their best to follow up with you. The management here are hard working people and they do try to help the residents as best as they can!!! So stop tainting other people just because the management FAILED TO KISS YOUR ASS!!!

OMG! This is a totally unprofessional attitude just as the residents stated. The purpose of the management is to CARE FOR the tenants. Their world SHOULD revolve around the tenants, it's what they are being paid for. Sounds like the management needs to get their act together. If they can't deal with the concerns, they need to be replaced with staff who can do the job properly.

What the frack? This was posted by the management because she said in this "like I said earlier their job is not as easy as it looks," which was in reference to a post she made before. The thing is, a lot of people who have a problem with something will do their best to be heard about it. There are probably a handful of people that think Reflections is just the greatest place to live. They don't post here though, so maybe you could do some sort of advertising to say "If you like us, post it on apartmentratings.com!" or something. Put notes on people's doors or something. It'd probably get you some positive comments up here. But I'm very, very afraid of coming to an apartment review site and seeing these reviews and then seeing the management make posts. (seriously, the management should stay quiet, this directory is for tenants to post in and discuss not for management to try and solve problems). Please stop screaming at the top of your lungs and using profanities to try and scare everyone into your apartments. Because it's not working, and it's making you look highly unprofessional. Furthermore, don't think that your management corporation (Trinity, or whoever it is now) isn't coming to take a look at this site every so often to see how things are going. If they find this sort of stuff posted and it seems sketchy, they might contact apartmentratings.com to see what computer the original post came from. If it came from you, you'd better start kissing some serious butt because your job might just be on the line. So please, think before you speak next time. As one person said earlier, get over it. You have a professional apperance to maintain, so please maintain it.

The attitude of the post is the same attitude you will be dealing with if you move here. They will lie, they will make false promises, they will mislead, they will be insulting. JME.

WELCOME TO REFLECTIONS HOW MAY WE SCREW YOU OVER? this is exactly waht you can expect. What do you mean their jobs don't revolve around us? I think that when I pay them 800 each month they had better provide some sort of service when I ask for it. This post was clearly written by a management person. I'm truly ashamed of this management and the last 4 we've had in 3 years. The whole thing about "Picking up the slack where the last management left of" BULLSH!T! 4, count them 4 other managements since I've been here have been exactly the same. WELCOME TO REFLECTIONS WHERE NOTHING IS THE MANAGEMENTS PROBLEM, AND EVERYONES PROBLEM IS THEIR OWN FAULT! to which I ask myself... "What is the management for then?"
