I lived at reflections for along time and the old managment was GREAT there were always very helpful and got things done in a timely manner,then a new company took over and its runned by a bunch of very young kids and dont know what they are doing and are rude to everyone...we dont care how hard your job is...from another review that you wrote...we are the ones that keep your place running...we pay the rent! you should do everything you can to make us happy...i moved out in april...there was lots of mold..doesnt matter what you do...they have the people working there that dont know how to fix anything they just threw things together and say they fixed it...and before the new managment came in there was only top notch people living there and good families what i started seeing was all my neighbors moving out cause they thought the people at the office were very rude and then all the good people left and now they are renting to a bunch of crack heads...i went to my car one night to get something out and they have people working on cars in there garages(which not suppose to) and people wondering the parking lots and lots of people being loud and rude! i know about 5 different couples that moved out and hated it there! they are very unproffesional and way to young to work ...dont know how to treat older people and dont know how to show respect!Also before i left...the F.B.I came and wanted to ask me questions about a new neighbor that the managment had rented to...now that is annoying and scary! NICE PLACE BAD MANAGMENT AND COMPANY TO RENT FROM!

Just for an insight, Have you ever heard of Federal Fair Housing? Its a law that no management company an deny anyone's right to lvie somewhere if they qualify. So if you don't like who your neighbors are then you might want to try and change the law for equal housing rights. The management company here is actually more strict on who lives here then the previous company was. If you weren't so busy talking trash about the office staff you might want to go and have a chat with them and maybe you'd understand that there is more to it them just your one sided mind. They may be young but they sure as hell have worked hard to get where they are from all the previous errors that were left behind from the previous manager. Thanks. -- Sara
