I lived there thankfully for just a short time period about 1 year. I was not evicted or anything like that. I pay my rent. During the time that I lived there I worked for a different property managment company and was appalled at all the things wrong with what seemed like a nice property. My balcony railing was falling apart. If anyone were to have put any weight on it they would have fallen to the ground. The dumpsters were always disgusting. I had to call maintenance to fix a few things like broken knobs etc and when I got home from work that day my garage door was wide open! They left it open for I have no idea how long but thankfully I came home before someone else got in there! As a single girl living there I was extremly freaked out by that and management was not understanding what-so-ever. I know mistakes happen, like I said before I worked in property management but leaving someone's door open is unacceptable. When I moved out they charged me for numerous tedious things that I paid for but should not have been charged for in the first place and I can't even list all the things wrong with this property. It would take forever. Oh and swithcing management companies does not always help since that happens every other year there. They are riding on the fact that yes they can be a good deal and are located in 'prestigious' murray hill. Overall I do not reccomend living there. There is a lot better properties to rent from out there.
