The workout room has a bug problem, many pissants are all over. Do not give any suggestions for improvement to management, they will scoff, belittle you and you will leave unhappy.

When you first call, they will gladly show you different rooms and put on a good front. As soon as the ink hits the paper and you sign that lease, watch out, that's when Dr. Jeckyll goes away and Mr. Hyde comes out.

You may be better off homeless on Burnside than the Reflections, probably more peace of mind and by far a better value.

When it rains you WILL walk through puddles that are several inches deep, and wide enough that you cannot get around them. (I'm talking like 20 feet by 10 feet pools of water). They have a problem with drainage and also trash accumulation.... They have very small dumpsters that are constantly overflowing. If you decide to live here BE SURE NOT TO LIVE BY THE TRASH AREAS. In the summer you will NOT be able to have the windows / doors open to escape the heat because the stench of hot garbage will penetrate your home, clothes, furniture and carpet.

DO NOT LIVE HERE... The ONLY way you should EVER consider is if you have some twisted martyr complex.

Everything in this review is wrong, wrong, wrong... I walked all over the grounds in the winter and NEVER saw any "20 feet" pools of water, unless you mean the swimming pool! The staff was just as courteous and responsive to me after I signed my lease. If you go barging into the office with a rude, bad attitude, what do you expect to get in return?
