The new management is just as bad as the last set of lackeys that ran this place. The hot tubs don't work (I know the pools open on Memorial Day but the hot tubs are supposed to be open year round. Most of the workout equipment is broken. Mold is everywhere. They are instituting heavy handed uniformity regulations designed to make a cookie-cutter appearance while suffocating any chance to actually enjoy living here. For example, tenants are not allowed to have more than one vehicle, period. How they are going to enforce this I don't know but it's in the rules. If you don't live alone and you both have cars you're screwed. Of course the new owners/management are re-roofing, replacing siding, etc. to protect their investment but they have no regard for their tenants. It is a shame too because the property itself has potential.

Iam a happy resident at Reflections and am very impressed with the efforts and changes that have been made. According to all the other past posting it seems that only unhappy people like to vent "misery loves company". I moved in 4 years ago and have seen this community go through alot and am happy to say that the efforts that are being made is the reason I am resigning for another year. P.S to the person that wrote this last piece, have patients correcting others mistakes may take time. Sorry you have never had that experience it may have helped you and your negativety. Thank you
