I also have encountered a couple of issues with this apartment complex. First off the rent is outrageous for the quality of the apartment I live in. Although it is remodeled and others without the remodel are stunned to see it, it is not worth the monthly price we pay for it. The layout is nice but there are most definitely flaws to be noticed. In the master bathroom, the toilet seat is and has been since I moved in been lop-sided. The heat lamp switch is not installed correctly. I have brought this to the attention of the apartment staff and they say they will fix every problem, but my lease is up ths month and I have learned to get used to every flaw in my apartment. Two plug outlets in my apartment do not work and none of the switches turn them on. I have neighbors who insist on working on vehicles, recreational vehicles etc in their garages, and just my luck, my apartment is above all of them. The apartment staff has also refrained from getting my roommates name spelled correctly on our letters and notices, after we have corected them. There are a few other issues some more major than others, but I do not and will not recommend these apartments to a friend or anyone for that matter.
