I have lived in Reflections for about 3 years now. My lease is up at the end of this month and I am planning on moving. They aren't raising my rent thankfully, however I can still get a cheaper bigger place in the area for the same price they are charging. I love having a garage but if you have 2 vehicles you are SOL. Parking is horrible after 9 PM and sometimes even before. You are lucky to find a spot in the entire complex period after midnight. My washer went out and it took them a month of replacing parts and finding out that wasn't working to get me a new one. I am happy that I did get a new one FINALLY but I had to deal with a very loud washer for about 1 year. You can hear your neighbors but who can't in an apartment. I was promised the carpet would be replaced before I moved in and it wasn't. There was hair in the bathroom and uncleaned toothpaste marks in the drawers. Management was horrible when I moved in but since new management it has been much much better. The insulation sucks, my power bill is nearly $200 a month every winter because of poor insulation. In the summer my apartment reaches scorching tempatures of 90 when it is 70-80 outside and 110 when it is 90 outside. It is unbearable and in the winter the apartment is freazing!!!! You have to have the heater on constantly. The area is definately a nice area if you are willing to pay the price. I haven't had any issues regarding my safety or personal property and it seems very family/kid friendly. If you don't mind paying high rent and power and if you don't mind crappy parking and horrible insulation (mold grows on the windowseals as well) then go for it.

Thank you for your review. In the past two years management has changed, so we appreciate the positives regarding the new management. Parking is being addressed at the community at this time. We are doing garage inspections to make sure everyone is using their garages as their primary parking spot. We believe this will help free up some spots in the community. Rent prices do change and with the economy we are doing our part to be competetive within the rental market. We have wonderful ammenities that add value to our community including two swimming pools and hot tubs. 24 hour fitness center and an amazing clubhouse with free wi fi and business center. We have a policy of addressing any maintenence issues within 24hours here at Reflections. I am sure that the problems that occured were before the management change and have since been resolved. Thank you, Laura Leasing Consultant for Reflections at Summer Creek
