I moved here earlier this year from out of state, and I have spent the last 5 years moving around for my job. I have to say that Richland Terrace is the best community I've lived at, all across the country. It is a quiet place where I feel safe and comfortable. My neighbors are nice, and they are QUIET, and respect the fact that there are people who live nearby. I love the fact that I never have to search for parking, since I have my garage and an extra reserved space right in front of my apartment. The apartment itself is very homey, and I have a washer and dryer, wood-fireplace which is great with the cold weather here in Oregon. The staff have been great, and are always ready to help with a smile. Anyone looking for a nice place to live, and not a 'party' complex should consider Richland Terrace.
