I moved cross-country and found Richland Terrace over the internet. There are a TON of apartment complexes in Beaverton but Richland Terrace is one of the few that's away from the downtown shopping district and the noise that comes with it.

It's surrounded by woods and a recreation complex so it's nice & quiet. The apartments are generously sized, with a washer & dryer and a fireplace.

I've never had any problems with Beth - she even helped me jump-start my car when my battery died. She's been nothing but helpful!
