I suspect you might judge the previous reviews as telling you more about the anonymous writers than the reality of Richland Terrace living. I've been living here since the summer of 2006, and it is as close to living in one's own home in a country park setting as one can find. Moreover, I've been told by people I've met who lived here or whose parents lived here, etc. how lucky I was to discover Richland Terrace. I will acknowledge that apartments directly off Walker are probably noiser, and it was for that reason that I sought an apartment on the far end of the property which offers what is essentially one's own backyard and an adjacent path to the Tualatin Rec Center park.

The staff is wonderful and I am always delighted by the prompt and nd efficient job done by the wonderful maintenance person. The office staff couldn't be kinder or more welcoming. There is very little apartment turnover, and some tenants have lived here for decades. I have no intention of leaving other than to move to my own home sometime in the future, should that possibility become an actuality. Until then I call Richland Terrace home.
