The apartments clean and well kept. The pool is always clean an sparkling and overall it is a great place to live. The current manager is somewhat of a problem. He comes across as a great guy and a wonderful manager, but watch out if you get on his bad side (even if you haven't done anything wrong). He is a HUGE gossip, telling everyone in the complex, everyone else's business. He plays favorites, giving some people a little slack in payments. One of my neigbors refers to him as "that old drunk". He also rented out someone's apartment out from underthem, when they were not sure if they were going to move yet or not, giving them less than two weeks to move out and find a place to live.

For the price - the clenliness and condition is great, just be prepared to deal with management.
