I only stayed at this place for a couple of months due to the noise, smells, appearance, and did I mention noise' The rent was cheap and I expected to get what I paid for, but I didn't even get that. Worst of all, upon move out, I personally did the walk through. Everything was fine, and the checkoff sheet was signed by myself and the staff member. There were no additional fees needed. He said their copier was broken and he would mail my copy. He did mail my copy, and a bill for several hundred dollars. They added a variety of charges to my signed sheet after I signed it!!! Totally illegal and a scam. Never trust these people and pass on there trashy community.
