I recently moved into these apartments and am loving it. The apartment is clean and well kept and the noise level has not been a problem. It is a very pet and child friendly community, so if you don't like either I wouldn't reccommend it. I personally like the freedom of having pets as I don't feel too guilty if my dog barks a few times throughout the day because I know my neighbors' pets are doing the same.

This is one of the cheapest and well kept places in the Tanasbourne area that you can find.

Be wary of trusting many of the negative reviews as they are complaints of NORMAL apartment noises. At any apartment complex you are going to find noise and along the way people will have trouble with the management. While the management isn't fabulous, they are helpful when I have a question or complaint, which is more than I could ask for from other landlords I've had around the Portland area. You can't pick your neighbors, but it seems as though I've lucked out.
