Terrible! I have lived in a couple different communities and this one is terrible. There is way too much noise, including a garage band that plays across the highway. They keep us up until 3:00am sometimes. The construction of the apartments is terrible too, the whole apartment shakes when someone is coming up the stairs! The people working there are shady and rude. We applied to stay at another complex and Sir Charles landlord said they would not rent to us again, even though we had never had any complaints against us and always paid our rent on time!'! Then they turned around and tried to offer us a new lease for the next year. We believe they were trying to keep us there, because a lot of people are leaving this complex! I would never go back to them again.
