My boyfriend and I went in there to rent an apartment just over a year ago. First off they showed us a dirty, we are talking trashed apartment stating that was all they had. Dont' show people you are trying to get money out of a crap apartment. We were in a rush to move so started the paper work process hopeing things would get better.We paid the application fees to find out that we had "false evictions" on our records and they wouldn't let us move in. A false eviction is a name match only no middle name or social security number and they put it on you. We thought that was a little odd so we gathers all the paper work to prove that the evictions weren't ours. I was 17 living with my parents and counldn't have been on a lease and the complex for my boyfriend said they had no record of him living there. They said after all that we still couldn't move in. We contacted their credit company and they even said they couldn't use it against us. They did anyway! CTL is the worst company we have ever delt with and the funny thing is my boyfriend even lived in a CTL complex less than two years before all this. These people are the rudest most unprofessional people I have ever met. BEWARE!
