Apartment had entire carpet covered in old, stale cat urine. Would not replace carpet or give discount. Both of us have asthma, and this has aggravated it very badly. Very unprofessional and inefficient staff. Whenever I call, I always get voicemail.
Outside light are always out of service, creating an unsafe environment.
The only positive thing I can say is that the service tech we had was very nice and helpful.
