I liked the apartment and the area. I felt scammed after I spent 6 hours cleaning for move out and was still told I needed to pay for a cleaning service.
When I moved in the handle on the stove was broken and there was spaghetti sauce splattered on the cupboards.
I have not received my rental deposit check back, even though we paid out of pocket any exspense that would have been deducted from it.
We are going on the 7th week. Each time I call it is "in the mail."
Person had a motorcycle in the complex and would ride around in the parking lot between 10pm - midnight. I called 3 times and nobody ever did anything, even though the person with the motorcycle was not a resident - just a friend of the resident.
