Management is impersonal and very rude. Renewed lease twice and each time my rent was increased significantly-- this is no way to reward people for staying. Rent at move-in was $575, then increased $150 in a little over a year. Noisy landscapers every week who come early in the morning, and are VERY LOUD. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything going on around you. Maintenance VERY slow to respond. I had a clogged sink for 3 days before maintenance fixed it. Was charged a late fee when my rent was on time, and when they realized their mistake, they didn't even apologize. I couldn't move out of here fast enough. You've been warned...
