I've lived here for less than 3 months and will receive a second inspection in less than a month tomorrow. Conveniently of course on a weekday from 9-5 when there's no way that I can be home. I tried to tell them that I was very uncomfortable having strangers come into my apartment while I'm not there but it seems as though I have no choice. I definitely can't make an appointment so that I can be there which really seems ludicrous to me. It's like they make a point to go into people's apartments while they're not at home. Has anyone else experienced this'

I have lived here for 2 years and management has been in our apartment over 5-6 times. It is such a violation of privacy to me. Everyone I have talked to about this is not happy. I have nothing to hide, but its weird to me that they seem intent on coming into everyone's home on a regular basis. This is America, we pay rent and I feel that as long as I pay my rent on time there is no reason to "inspect" my apartment. Believe me I understand what you are feeling. If you have a garage, they'll want to sniff through that as well. What next?!

I lived there for 2 years and only once had an inspection...Oh and they never showed up! so I can't say too much other then the fact it is random and I guess our building was lucky not to have been picked.
