This is a nice apartment for someone who is looking for something else. I like the size, it is a huge 2 bedroom. It is clean. People are friendly. There are more kids than I would like, but they seem to be respectful. I am just glad our apartment isn't near the play grounds or next to or below a family. We are however below terrrrrribly loud upstairs neighbors. You can honestly hear EVERYTHING through the floor. I would NOT recommend the ground floor.
They are quick with maintenance requests, and generally a nice complex. It is in a semi-weird location, very close to 26. Not much around except condos. I would highly suggest taking a look at the complex and spending some time in the parking lot. Parking is great. I have never had to walk more than a few steps to my door.
oh yeah. $400 pet deposit.
